What to expect
- Day service from Monday to Friday incl. Public holidays
- Support our clients and their relatives in dealing with dementia diseases
- Independent, competent and resource-oriented basic and treatment care of our clients with dementia in their usual living environment
- Care of reference personnel in an individually adapted setting
- Support of the Dipl. Nurse HF in case responsibility for a certain number of clients
- Active participation in the care process
- Promoting the independence and quality of life of our clients
- Interdisciplinary cooperation with relatives, doctors and other professionals
