- The Site Data Operations Lead is a critical role within Roche's Digital & Operational Excellence (PTE) organization, serving as the single point of contact (SPoC) for site-level engagement with data product teams.
- Based at the site and reporting to the One PT Data Office, this role is central to PTE's broader digital and operational strategy. The Opportunity
- The Site Data Operations Lead ensures that data requirements for different data products and use cases are met by maintaining data readiness at the source systems in alignment with global schemas.
- Your role involves aligning, planning, and coordinating data product requirements, promptly addressing data quality issues, and facilitating communication and collaboration between the site, Data Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth data flow and consistency.
- Single Point of Contact (SPoC): Serve as the dedicated site-level SPoC for engaging with data product teams, facilitating communication and collaboration between the site and PTE’s data initiatives.
- Data Requirements Management: Ensure that the data requirements of various data products and use cases are satisfied by the data sources, collaborating with site teams to understand, capture, and document data needs accurately.
- Data Readiness: Ensure the preparedness of data at the source, guaranteeing data accuracy, completeness, and availability for data products, and addressing data quality issues promptly.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work alongside data product teams, Data Domain Leads, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth data flow and align site-level data initiatives with PTE's broader strategy.
- Holistic Data View: Maintain an overarching perspective on the site’s data landscape
