Main responsibilities

  • Responsibility for leadership, supervision and coordination during your own shift
  • Direct, participatory personnel management, in particular with regard to operational planning and personnel management Responsibility for disposition and orders
  • Ensuring willingness to sell and completeness of the product range
  • Implementation of the true-to-concept product presentation and the action places as well as the correct use of the sales assistants and the POS material
  • Active sales and competent contact person for customer concerns Storage management and quality assurance
  • Efficient cost monitoring in all shop areas Requirements A few years: in sales in the retail trade
  • Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): retail trade
  • Expertise in the categories Food, Nearfood and Nonfood
  • Customer and sales-oriented as well as economic thinking and acting Well-groomed appearance and good manners
  • Strong sense of responsibility, flexibility and resilience
