- Modern packaging: Responsibility for the packaging, adaptation and maintenance of software packages for Windows clients – with a clear focus on the shift from legacy setups to modern deployment technologies (Intune / Win32)
- Automation & modernization: Ongoing optimization and automation of software distribution and patch processes via SCCM and Microsoft Intune
- Operational backbone: Ensuring stable IT day-to-day operations including 2nd and 3rd level support, troubleshooting and close cooperation with the service desk and application managers (strict focus on operations, no project management)
