Main responsibilities

- Responsibility for the support, further development and quality assurance of time management systems (Interflex, SAP and
- Mindsquare) as well as ensuring smooth operation
- Operational responsibility for handling all time management requests (2nd level)
- Analysis, prioritization and coordination of system errors and technical issues in close cooperation with IT and external service providers
- Evaluation of current and future requirements for time management as well as active participation in the replacement of existing systems as a central representative in cross-divisional projects
- Identification of optimization and digitalization potential as well as development and implementation of measures to increase efficiency, compliance and user-friendliness
- Development, maintenance and further development of instructions, guidelines and leaflets on working time-relevant topics taking into account legal and operational requirements

- Design, implementation and further development of training and information events for different target groups as well as the preparation of practical training and application documents
- Professional advice to executives, HR and employees on complex issues of time management as well as on working time law and regulatory requirements Profile & Requirements:
- Completed HR training or equivalent qualification as well as several years of experience in the supervision of time management systems with (Interflex 6020/6040 and SAP knowledge of advantage)
- In-depth expertise in the supervision, optimization and further development of time management systems as well as understanding of working time and regulatory requirements
- Experience in dealing with the complexity of shift operations incl.
- Personnel assignment planning and familiarity with shift models, surcharges and working time schedules
- High process and optimization orientation as well as enjoyment of the further development of existing processes
- Experience working in cross-divisional projects as well as in stakeholder management
