Full description

The Clinical Trial Unit (CTU) at the Cantonal Hospital of Baden accompanies clinical studies from Phase II in a wide range of disciplines. As a research coordinator, you contribute to the professional planning, administration and implementation of exciting research projects. They work closely with doctors, doctors, research partners and internal bodies, making an important contribution to the development of medicine. Your tasks:

• You perform accounting, create SNSF accounting, billing and managing third-party funds.
• They undertake administrative tasks in research and project funding (e.g. the collection of personnel mutations, interim and final accounts).
• They support principal investigators in budgeting and create financial reports according to requirements.
• They manage scientific personnel in cooperation with HR.
• They are responsible for budget and resource planning and are regularly reporting to internal and external bodies.
• They help to create and update standards, QM documentation and SOPs.
• Depending on your experience, you actively work in studies. Your profile:
• You have a completed degree (FH or university) and deeper knowledge of finance and accounting.
• They bring experience in third-party funding management of research funding institutions (e.g. SNSF, Horizon). They have very good English and IT skills.
• You have knowledge of study and quality management.
• They work independently, structured and discrete.
