As we are growing strongly, we are looking for reinforcements for our software engineering team at our headquarters at Paradeplatz in Zurich.

- Eine höhere Informatikausbildung, mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung in der Software Entwicklung im Microsoft-Umfeld sowie 3 Jahre Erfahrung einer vergleichbaren Schnittstellenfunktion.
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Microsoft-Stack mit Fokus auf .NET/C#, Softwarearchitektur und Lösungsdesign; Kenntnisse in Blazor und/oder Angular sind ein Plus
Key requirements
- Eine höhere Informatikausbildung, mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung in der Software Entwicklung im Microsoft-Umfeld sowie 3 Jahre Erfahrung einer vergleichbaren Schnittstellenfunktion.
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Microsoft-Stack mit Fokus auf .NET/C#, Softwarearchitektur und Lösungsdesign; Kenntnisse in Blazor und/oder Angular sind ein Plus
- Interesse, Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungschancen aktiv zu identifizieren und in nachhaltige Lösungen zu überführen.
- Hands-on"-Mentalität und Leidenschaft für Software-Engineering und Technologie
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Spass an Zusammenarbeit und gemeinsamer Lösungssuche mit Fachvertretern; Erfahrung im banknahen Umfeld ist ein Plus
Application process
- You develop new business applications in the financial sector and expand existing ones in the Microsoft stack.
- You work closely with the bank-related specialist areas, understand requirements and banking processes in detail create solutions with suitable technologies (AI, low-code, classical programming)
- You will proactively recognize optimization and digitalization opportunities in the specialist areas and submit concrete implementation proposals.
- You will work on the long-term development of our applications – with a lot of creative leeway and a high proportion of new development.
- You are close to the subject and user needs – with regular exchange on site (Zurich/Zug) and short feedback cycles for quick improvements.
- A higher computer science education, at least 8 years of experience in software development in the Microsoft environment and 3 years of experience of a comparable interface function.
- In-depth experience in the Microsoft stack with a focus on .NET/C#, software architecture and solution design;
- Knowledge of Blazor and/or Angular is a plus
