- Your Responsibilities
- Derive precise business requirements from regulatory guidelines and internal non-regulatory needs
- At least 6 years of proven experience in the field of financial market regulation and with regulatory frameworks such as EMIR, MiFIR, FMIA, or SFTR
- Strong analytical skills and a well-structured, practical and pragmatic approach
Main responsibilities
- Your Responsibilities
- Derive precise business requirements from regulatory guidelines and internal non-regulatory needs
- Perform gap analyses to determine applicable requirements based on existing trading and operational processes
- Develop pragmatic solutions with technical experts and prepare business requirement documents and IT tickets
- Organize workshops and lead conceptual discussions with stakeholders including Front Office and IT
- Conduct system and user acceptance testing while discussing results with relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Analyze complex business processes to identify opportunities for optimization within existing setups
Key requirements
- At least 6 years of proven experience in the field of financial market regulation and with regulatory frameworks such as EMIR, MiFIR, FMIA, or SFTR
- Strong analytical skills and a well-structured, practical and pragmatic approach
- Ability to quickly understand complex problems and develop robust practical solutions
- Strong understanding of trading processes for cash and derivative products, including their lifecycle events
- Solid knowledge of front-to-back processes concerning trade booking
- Ability to work independently, drive projects forward and meet strict deadlines
