- In this multifaceted key role, you actively shape the clinic’s safety organization and ensure that occupational safety, health protection, fire protection and physical safety are effectively implemented in everyday hospital life.
- You work closely with managers, clinic management and internal and external partners and make an important contribution to a safe environment for employees and patients.

- The further development of the security, emergency and event organization according to legal requirements and industry solution H+ as well as the maintenance of the security manual are part of your area of responsibility.
- You analyze, document and assess hazards and risks as part of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and derive suitable measures from them
- You plan and coordinate training, instructions and awareness-raising measures and thus promote a sustainable safety culture
- Safety concepts, fire protection requirements, escape and rescue routes as well as safety systems you ensure and develop further
- As a contact person, you coordinate cooperation with authorities, external partners, entrepreneurs and the commander of the company fire brigade.
- The topics of locking and access systems, reporting, security measures and participation in budgeting are also part of your area of responsibility.
