- In the subject lessons of the Gymnasium and the technical secondary school, you use your specialist knowledge and didactic skills and inspire students for the subject as well as for interdisciplinary topics.
- In the steadily growing college, you participate in the further development of the Stein Cantonal School. For this purpose, you are in close contact and versatile exchange with the other teachers and the school management.
- You take responsibility for further development in your field.
- As part of the vocational assignment, you are involved in comprehensive school tasks (e.g. as a department teacher, in project weeks and working groups).

- A completed university degree in your subject as well as the teaching diploma for mature schools (completed or shortly before graduation)

The Stein Cantonal School was reopened in August 2025 in a temporary school facility in Stein, which means that pupils in the Fricktal can now benefit from a wide range of offers in the secondary and secondary schools. In the coming years, Kanti Stein will grow from its current 12 to 22 departments. The completion of the new building planned for 2029 enables further growth to 44 departments.
