Main responsibilities
- You are responsible for warranty and supplier returns from return to financial clarification and ensure that legitimate credits and claims against our suppliers are fully realized.
- You organize international transports from Asia and Europe by sea, rail, air and road freight and together with our freight forwarding partners ensure reliable and timely processing.
- You work closely with the head of import/export and take over the professional deputy after your training.
- Among other things, you coordinate orders, delivery dates, payments and cooperation with our procurement partners in Asia.
- You coordinate import, export and customs clearance processes and work closely with the specialised departments of the Coop Group and our external partners.
- You check and plausibility of transport and forwarding invoices with an annual volume in the millions and take over recurring operational accounting and control tasks reliably and carefully.
- You work closely with categories, suppliers and logistics partners, clear deviations independently and actively contribute your ideas to the further development and digitalization of our goods flow processes. Requirements
- You have a basic commercial or logistical training and bring your first relevant professional experience.
- You are interested in international flows of goods, logistics and import/export and want to continuously expand your expertise in these areas.
- You like to take on responsibility, work independently and also keep track of several parallel processes, appointments and financial topics.

- Du kommunizierst offen und verbindlich mit Lieferanten und Dienstleistern, gehst offene Themen aktiv an und bleibst dran, bis eine tragfähige Lösung gefunden ist.
- Erste Erfahrungen mit internationalen Transporten, Import/Export, SAP oder der Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten sind von Vorteil – entscheidend sind für uns Lernbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und ein gutes kaufmännisches Verständnis.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und kannst dich mit unseren internationalen Partnern sicher auf Englisch verständigen.
