- Order processing of spare parts from suppliers and manufacturers
- Supply coordination including clarification of delivery deadlines and communication in case of delivery delays
- Order control of confirmations, prices and delivery data
- Cooperation with incoming goods to ensure correct deliveries Requirements
- Basic technical training, ideally with knowledge of electrical households
- SAP knowledge is absolutely necessary as well as good MS Office user knowledge
- Negotiation-confident knowledge of German, knowledge of French advantageous
- Working independently, proactively, pragmatically and solution-oriented
- Personality sociable, committed, team capable and professional in appearance What we offer
