Team Leader / Team Leader Housekeeping EFZ 80 - 100%
Their tasks
- Planning and coordination of housekeeping with cleaning and textile supply
- Co-responsibility for personnel and organizational leadership within the household sector
- Co-response for sector-specific purchasing of goods, storage and household budget
- Monthly billing for additional services and implementation of statistics Implementation of group-wide concepts and guidelines as well as standards and process specifications
- Planning, implementation and documentation of the quality management system
- Ensuring smooth cooperation with internal and external partners
- Personnel planning and staff training
- Responsible for the professional cleaning of all assigned premises and facilities
- Responsible for the textile supply with the areas of company and professional clothing and guest linen
- Compliance with hygiene regulations and personal hygiene standards in accordance with the instructions of the establishment
- Active participation in housekeeping
Your profile
- Completed training as a specialist in housekeeping EFZ
- Professional and managerial experience in a comparable capacity
- Value-oriented leadership style, resilience and independent working methods
- Enjoying multiple challenges
- Good knowledge of German in words and writing
- Readiness for weekend assignments
