The Department of Management, Technology, and Economics (D-MTEC) is looking for an Admissions & Recruitment Manager (80-100%) to join the MAS MTEC team for an 8-month maternity cover .

  • You will work closely with prospective candidates throughout their journey, from initial enquiry and profile assessment through application, admission and enrolment.
  • Your role will be to ensure that established admissions and recruitment processes continue to run smoothly and that candidates receive a consistent, high-quality experience. Job description
  • Managing the candidate pipeline and CRM, ensuring leads and applications are followed up consistently and candidate information is kept up to date.
  • Coordinating the day-to-day admissions process, including applications, interviews, admissions documentation and candidate communication.
  • Organisation and delivery of recruitment events and activities, including information sessions, webinars and other candidate-facing events.
  • Coordinating with external recruitment and lead-generation partners and ensuring incoming leads are processed and followed up.
  • Working closely with the Programme Manager, Marketing and Communications Manager and the wider programme team to deliver planned recruitment activities.
  • Monitoring the recruitment pipeline and key conversion metrics and preparing regular reports.
