- Further development of the KPI system to evaluate quality performance, early detection of deviations and monitoring of ongoing measures Mapping and ongoing optimization of processes, interfaces and responsibilities in the quality management system
- Close cooperation with production sites in Switzerland, the Czech Republic and China as well as with claim management, production, development and procurement
Main responsibilities
- Further development of the KPI system to evaluate quality performance, early detection of deviations and monitoring of ongoing measures Mapping and ongoing optimization of processes, interfaces and responsibilities in the quality management system
- Close cooperation with production sites in Switzerland, the Czech Republic and China as well as with claim management, production, development and procurement
- Planning and carrying out internal quality and process audits as well as consistent tracking of corrective and preventive measures up to proof of effectiveness

- Completed technical studies at least at the level of Bachelor FH or university, preferably in mechanical engineering, process engineering, materials engineering, production engineering or a comparable discipline
- Further training in quality management, for example CAS or MAS, is advantageous
- Several years of practical experience in quality management or quality engineering, preferably in an industrial production environment with a high production depth
- In-depth knowledge of systematic problem-solving and quality methods, such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 5-Why or Ishikawa
- Experience in the improvement and sustainable implementation of quality and production processes
- Strong analytical, conceptual and interdisciplinary thinking skills as well as high technical problem-solving skills
