- You support the central material group managers in implementing their strategies and contribute to achieving the higher-level objectives of the Migros industry.
- You are responsible for the precise master data management and prepare product specifications to make informed purchasing decisions.
- 5 years: in purchasing food or consumer goods production
- Higher technical school: as a shopping specialist or shopping manager - experience in purchasing packaging or raw materials and very good IT skills (MS-Office, SAP MM-Modul)
Main responsibilities
- You support the central material group managers in implementing their strategies and contribute to achieving the higher-level objectives of the Migros industry.
- You are responsible for the precise master data management and prepare product specifications to make informed purchasing decisions.
- You carry out the order and contract processing while respecting the agreed framework contracts.
- You have strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable and high-quality supply.
- You work intensively in cross-functional teams and coordinate our procurement network by effectively combining local and central requirements and using synergies.
- You accompany tendering and awarding processes, analyze offers and conduct negotiations to ensure the best conditions for our company.
Key requirements
- 5 years: in purchasing food or consumer goods production
- Higher technical school: as a shopping specialist or shopping manager - experience in purchasing packaging or raw materials and very good IT skills (MS-Office, SAP MM-Modul)
- Strong communication and team skills, analytical thinking and pronounced negotiation skills
