Main responsibilities
- You promote agile and self-organized cooperation and understand how to clarify roles, responsibilities and decision-making paths in complex situations and develop them together with the team.
- You design and moderate workshops and decision-making processes and accompany UX, technical conception, testing and professional acceptance.
- You are responsible for project controlling, risk management and reporting and ensure the strategic integration of the project within the management.
Key requirements
- Several years of experience in project management, product ownership or a comparable role in the digital environment.
- In-depth experience in requirements engineering.
- Experience with agile approaches, especially Scrum and Kanban.
