As a team member, you operate and set up production lines, troubleshoot malfunctions, and ensure a smooth production process
As a quality manager, you guarantee that all products leaving our facility meet the highest standards
2 - 4 years: plant operator or baker
Completed basic or further training: food industry

As a technical lead, you guide the personnel assigned to the line and ensure that everyone knows exactly what to do
Your active participation in production also includes manual work – because you know that the best leaders are those who also lend a hand themselves
With your knowledge and experience, you enter production data into the SAP system and thus ensure an always up-to-date overview Requirements
4 years: plant operator or baker
Completed basic or further training: food industry
