Main responsibilities
- Pilot your sector's production activities by ensuring timely, quality and food security.
- Frame, support and develop the skills of your teams in order to achieve the performance objectives set.
- Planning resources and staffing according to activity while ensuring effective management of absences and schedules.
- Conduct shopfloors and track key performance indicators to optimize productivity and reduce losses.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, quality and sustainability standards are applied in your sector.
- Actively contribute to continuous process improvement and collaborate with different services to support business growth. Required
- A proven experience of 3 to 5 years in production team management.: Food industry: fresh products, prepared dishes, industrial bakery, food processing, dairy products, meat, etc.
- Completed Professional Learning (CFC): Vocational training (CFC) in the food, technical or equivalent field, ideally supplemented by higher education (Federal Patent, ES Technician)
- Experience confirmed in the management of production teams, ideally in the food industry or an industrial environment.
- Ability to work in refrigerated environments, manage production using performance indicators and conduct continuous improvement approaches.
