For our center for developmental and neuropsychiatry (treatments for people with intellectual developmental disorder 18+) at the attractive location Windisch, which is unique in Switzerland, we are looking for a suitable reinforcement as of September or as agreed. The Psychiatric Services Aargau AG (PDAG) is responsible for the high-quality medical, therapeutic and nursing treatment and care of mentally ill people in the Canton of Aargau. The Center for Developmental and Neuropsychiatry (Stefanie Nil and Tabea Blatter) is part of the Clinic for Consiliary, Aging and Neuropsychiatry (Clinical Director Dr. med. Rafael Meyer). It offers a unique range of information and treatment for people with intellectual developmental disorder (mental disability) and mental illness throughout Switzerland. In addition to a neuropsychiatric outpatient centre, the centre has an interdisciplinary investigation centre, a consultancy and liaison service for facilities for people with intellectual developmental disabilities, and a specialized station that meets the latest scientific knowledge and quality standards in terms of facilities and treatment concept.
Tasks
- Ensuring high-quality and contemporary psychiatric-psychotherapeutic care on the basis of legal and operational framework conditions as well as specialist recommendations (inpatient, visiting and outpatient)
- Leadership of the multi-professional and interdisciplinary team taking into account the values and leadership principles of the PDAG
- Ensuring the achievement of current annual targets as well as other quantitative and qualitative goals of the organizational unit
- Ensure careful structured case documentation
- Guaranteeing the professional training or the “on-the-job training” of subordinate employees as well as training supervisions
- Cooperation in the multi-professional and interdisciplinary team
- Participation in PDAG’s initial, further and further training programmes
- Public relations and networking in the context of different events
- Participation in projects, orders and adjustments according to clinic management
- Participation in the PDAG service system
