Ensure smooth production and troubleshooting
Responsible for the quality and adherence of directives

3 years: in an industrial plant (food industry)

recruitment process Preselection of applications (FFB-Group) We continuously examine the applications received, create a preselection and release them to the manager for the view.
Interview with HR & Department (FFB-Group) The conversation is carried out virtually or locally with the competent person from the HR and/or the specialist department.
The main aim is to learn more about staff and expertise and to assess the cultural fit in the company and team.
A Schnuppertag or half-day gives the opportunity to get to know the future working environment and the team members better.
And vice versa, we have a chance to assess how good someone fits into the team.
Duration until feedback: Up to three weeks offer & contract exhibition (FFB-Group) After our oral job offer, the main points of the contract are verified again.
After agreement, the contract is commissioned and sent by post.
