- Through your commitment, you make an important contribution to the correctness of the passenger numbers for SBB AG’s income assurance and offer planning.
- The workload is spread over four working days per week and can be flexible within office hours.

- As a personnel dispatcher:in you plan and schedule the assignments of around 18 control meters inside and ensure an economical and needs-based personnel assignment.
- The timely and high-quality implementation of the control counts ensures and supports the evaluation of the collected data.

Company and context
- In your role as a dispatcher, you think in a networked and analytical way, work in a solution-oriented way and convince through your structured working method and your organizational talent.
- In a dynamic environment, you maintain an overview and bring the necessary assertiveness to successfully coordinate different stakeholders.
- At least two years of experience in disposition set you apart.
- Knowledge of SBB, public transport or operational operations is an advantage.
- You have a basic commercial education or a comparable education.
- A further development in the commercial sector, for example a trade card, is advantageous.
- You work safely with MS Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of CERES or SAP is an advantage.
- Very good knowledge of German (at least level C1) and good knowledge of French (at least level B2) round off your profile.
