Role overview

Tasks: Caring for people with dementia is not just a task for you, but a matter of the heart?

As a night guard, you will be responsible for looking after and monitoring our residents during the night, working together with two other colleagues.

With a lot of empathy and attention, you ensure safety, peace and security.

You carry out regular checks, respond confidently to individual needs and provide support with nursing activities as required.

Your responsible and independent work, your respectful interaction with people and your calm and reliable manner.

Even in demanding situations, you keep a clear head and act carefully.

Requirements

• Training at assistant level (Health/Social Assistant EBA, Nursing Assistant FA), SRK course/VBB basic course
• Experience in long-term care
• Resilience, empathy and willingness to work at night.
