Key requirements
- Graduated nursing specialist HF/FH
- Multiannual professional experience in psychiatry, ideally in age psychiatry
- Training in leadership/management (e.g. station management, leadership) of advantage or willingness to do so
- Experience in personnel management, team management and conflict management
- organisational skills, decision-making and communication strength
- Empathic, reflected and esteemed attitude in dealing with life-experienced people and their relatives
- Ability to create a motivating, supportive working environment for an interprofessional team
- Openness for innovation and further development of nursing practice
