Main responsibilities

  • Completed basic training in the retail trade, first experience in a similar function of advantage Leadership experience Customer-oriented thinking and acting Very good knowledge of German High operational and performance readiness
  • Motivation/readiness for education and training Flexibility regarding work assignments
  • The training takes place at several points of sale within the following area: Region Seeland / Biel.
  • After a training period of one to two years and the corresponding internal training, you will lead one of our sales outlets independently.
