- To ensure the proper functioning and continuity of the various medical secretariats, by replacing the medical assistants who are absent or by providing ad hoc support according to the needs of the various departments (secretariats and medical archives) at our various sites.
- Managing various internal and external medical appointments Administrative management:
- Administrative monitoring of medical records Scanning of external medical documents
- Check the billing of the services performed and bill the services if necessary
- Taking and transmitting telephone messages effectively
- Clean, disinfect, and store consultation materials and rooms after each patient
- Managing medical and administrative equipment orders related to consultations
