Main responsibilities
- Representation of our departments which include the consultation hours of endocrinology & diabetology, infectiology and rheumatology as well as the obesity center
- Office hours management with telephone service, planning and coordination of various investigations
- Blood sampling, injections and infusions in patients
- Direct contact person for patients, referees, internal and external bodies physically, by telephone and digitally
- Ensure professional conduct of office hours
- General administrative secretarial tasks incl.
- Managing correspondence, mail accounts, creating patient orders, sending medical reports, scanning, etc. Requirements
- Completed training as medical practice assistant/medical practice assistant
- Joy in dealing with people and in administrative activities
- High patient orientation and strong organisational capacity
