- management and management of construction sites in the facade area
- - Ensuring a timely, qualitatively impeccable and economical execution of the work
- Coordination and operational planning of the fitters as well as professional guidance and support of the team
- Active promotion and further development of the employees
- Overall responsibility for the construction site process
- - including calculation, work preparation (AVOR), extent and billing
- Competent representation of the company towards developers, planners, architects and suppliers
- Ensuring a smooth flow of information between construction site and office
- Requirements
- Several years of experience in facade construction or a related construction industry
- Completed technical or craft training (e.g. facade builder, metal builder, carpenter or similar)
- Leadership experience as foremen, chief fitter or construction site manager
- Organizational talent, assertiveness and high quality orientation
- Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented working method
- Good knowledge of German and driving licence Cat. B Offer
- Long-term permanent employment in a modern, professional environment
