- Guidance and management of building sites in the facade area
- – Ensuring timely, qualitatively correct and economical execution of the work
- Coordination and operational planning of the installers as well as technical guidance and support of the team
- Active promotion and further development of employees
- Overall responsibility for the construction site process
- – including calculation, work preparation (AVOR), extent and billing
- Competent representation of the company towards clients, planners, architects and suppliers
- Ensuring a smooth flow of information between construction site and office
Requirements
- Several years of experience in facade construction or a related construction industry
- Completed structural or craft training (e.g. facade builders, metal builders, carpenters or similar)
- Leadership experience as foreman, chief fitter or construction site manager
- Organizational talent, assertiveness and high quality orientation
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method
- Good knowledge of German and driving licence Cat. B
