Would you like to assume responsibility at the Cantonal Hospital Baden in a large clinic for general internal medicine and actively expand your role step by step? As an MPA, you are part of the interprofessional team and work closely with assistant doctors and senior physicians – on internist bed stations with a broad, exciting spectrum of diseases. The position offers you clearly defined development potential: Their tasks are gradually expanded to include clinical activities and more responsibility.

Their tasks

• They work as part of the medical team with assistant doctors and experienced senior doctors on the internist bed stations and take on medical delegated activities.
• They are the central interface between the medical team, care, social service, relatives and external bodies and ensure an efficient flow of information.
• They organize and coordinate the inpatient stay from entry to exit in cooperation with other professional groups involved.
• They participate in reports, assist in investigations and punctures.

Your profile

• You have training as a medical/practice assistant/EFZ.
• You have experience in a hospital or medical practice.
• They know the medical terminology and safely deal with digital work equipment and clinical information systems.
• They think in a networked way, act in a solution-oriented manner and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
• They are actively involved in interprofessional teamwork.
• You enjoy developing your role and gradually taking on more responsibility.
