Key requirements
- Du denkst unternehmerisch, arbeitest analytisch und verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für komplexe Zusammenhänge.
- Für diese Funktion bringst du fundierte Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten mittlerer bis hoher Komplexität mit und hast bereits anspruchsvolle Vorhaben oder Teilprojekte erfolgreich umgesetzt.
- Du verfügst über Erfahrung in der technischen und/oder kommerziellen Projektleitung, insbesondere in: Analyse technischer Varianten, Machbarkeitsbewertungen und Erarbeitung fundierter Entscheidungsgrundlagen.
- Als Projektleiter:in hast du eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (mindestens Fachhochschule) sowie mehrere Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung.
- Eine betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung sowie Kenntnisse in der Rollmaterialtechnik oder in einem verwandten technischen Umfeld sind von Vorteil.
- Du kommunizierst fliessend in Deutsch (mind. C1); Kenntnisse einer zweiten Landessprache sind wünschenswert, Französisch von Vorteil.
