• You ensure the high availability of our machines and systems, repair faults, carry out workshop work and document them electronically.
• You take responsibility for assigned equipment – from spare parts and functionality to performance-enhancing measures, revisions and updates of the equipment documents.
• You install new plants, acquire plant knowledge and train our plant managers.
• You ensure compliance with all safety, quality and hygiene regulations.
• You actively contribute ideas for the optimization and further development of our technical processes and promote and live a close cooperation with production.

Requirements

• 3 – 5 years of professional experience: in maintenance and mechanics
• Completed apprenticeship (EFZ): basic technical training (e.g. mechanic, poly/production mechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic or maintenance technician (m/f/d))
• Knowledge of mechanical processing and good technical understanding
• Flexibility, openness and the willingness to work in 2- to 4-shift operation (including weekends)
• Enjoy taking responsibility and working in a team

Recruitment process

• Reference information: When obtaining references, we ask for impressions, strengths and weaknesses again and have them verified by former supervisors or employees. References can be obtained after the first or second round and are only made with consent. Duration to feedback: Up to one week
• Test work: A trial day or half day gives the opportunity to get to know the future working environment and the team members better. And vice versa, it gives us a chance to assess how well someone fits into the team. Duration to feedback: Up to three weeks
• Final discussion before issuing the contract: Before the contract is issued, we hold a final discussion in order to clarify open questions of both sides and to regulate contractual details. If all points are clarified, the written offer follows. Duration to feedback: Up to one week
• Offer & Contract Exhibition (Digital): After our oral job offer, the most important contract points are verified again. After agreement, the contract is commissioned and sent for digital signature by e-mail. Duration to feedback: Up to one week
