- Drive continuous improvement through modern technologies, DevOps practices, and low-code platforms

- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field
- Experience leading and developing teams with the ability to motivate and empower employees
- Several years of experience in software development with strong knowledge of modern programming languages, frameworks, and tools
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban as well as DevOps practices
- Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, microservices architectures, and CI/CD pipelines
