Exciting tasks await

• Procurement, pre-processing and post-processing of teaching materials for teaching internships (including microbiology, molecular biology, collecting living materials)
• Care and supervision of animal and plant breeding as well as management of the collection of the Fachschaft Biologie
• Maintenance of the bio-laboratory: cleaning of glassware & measuring instruments
• Purchase of consumables, maintenance of equipment, inventory control of chemicals, etc.

What you bring

• Completed training as a biology laboratory assistant / biology laboratory assistant or comparable training
• Work experience in a professional field with laboratory work desirable and experience in the educational environment beneficial
• Strong organisational capacity and initiative, independent personality
• Collaborative work with the teachers of the Biology Apprenticeship as well as laboratory assistants of other apprentices
• Joy and enthusiasm in a dynamic working environment with young people
