Main responsibilities
- Make an impact

- Software-Projekten – von der Planung über Design, Implementierung, Testing und Integration bis zum erfolgreichen Go-live.
- Steuerung von Budget, Terminen, Qualität, Ressourcen und Risiken sowie Sicherstellung einer professionellen Projektgovernance während des gesamten Projektlebenszyklus.
- Führung und Koordination interdisziplinärer Teams sowie Management interner und externer Stakeholder auf allen Ebenen.
- Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen als zentrale Ansprechperson sowie Beratung bei fachlichen, organisatorischen und technischen Fragestellungen.
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Projektmanagement-Methoden, Qualitätsstandards und Best Practices sowie Unterstützung von Presales-Aktivitäten und weniger erfahrenen Projektleitenden.
- Service Delivery Management; du koordinierst in deiner Supportgruppe die Kapazitäten und administrierst klein Projekte und Change Management.

- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Management komplexer Software-Projekte mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen in der termingerechten und wirtschaftlichen Projektabwicklung.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in klassischen und agilen Projektmanagement-Methoden sowie Erfahrung in Budget-, Risiko- und Stakeholder-Management.
- Ausgeprägte Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz gepaart mit einer strukturierten, lösungsorientierten und selbstständigen Arbeitsweise.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift;
