Main responsibilities
- Management, financial planning and controlling of third-party projects
- Ensure compliance with the requirements in the area of third-party funding
- Proactive tracking plan/IST deviations of third party funding projects
- Humanitarian reporting on third-party funding projects
- Support and training of institutes and faculties for evaluations and reports in SAP
- Central point of contact for the decentralised units on controlling issues
- Support for further tasks in the controlling team Requirements:
- Training at the level of university of applied sciences or comparable business training Professional experience in controlling A well-founded understanding of accounting
- Good Excel knowledge and ability to structure and analyze large amounts of data
- Experience with SAP (including modules FI and CO/PS)
