We look forward to meeting you! 02 Your task – Technical advice and support of IT partners in the pre-sales and post-sales environment Analysis and solution of complex IT security, network and infrastructure issues Support for the implementation, configuration and optimization of security solutions – Technical troubleshooting as well as support in demanding support and escalation cases – Conduct technical product presentations, workshops and training – Close technical cooperation with international cyber security manufacturers – Continuous development of product, technology and market knowledge – Active knowledge transfer to partners and within the engineering team 03
