Role overview
Your tasks: - Recording, evaluating and controlling IT requirements, service needs, innovations and strategic projects - Control and further development of the internal demand process and related areas such as service request and portfolio management - Implementation of needs analysis with focus on cost-effectiveness and strategic benefits, including creation of business cases and value analyses - Analysis and recording of work processes.
- Transparent documentation in the ITSM and DMS system as well as regular management reporting - Transfer and coordination of approved requirements to our IT service providers.
Service-level Monitoring and coordination of cooperation between stakeholders - Identification of optimization options by analysis of recurring requests - A seat in coordination bodies with our IT service provider and represent the KKL interests in the bodies • Your profile: - Higher education in the field of economic informatics, business analysis or comparable technical and economic training - Multiannual experience in demand -/ IT service management or business analysis / requirements engineering - Ability to explain complex issues in a comprehensible way and to make decisions clear.
