Your tasks
- Overall responsibility for operational and tactical procurement in coordination with specialist departments
- Leadership, motivation and further development of the operational and tactical purchasing team (including training and assessment)
- Responsibility for the tactical purchase of the assigned areas
- Management of commercial and organizational concerns, supplier management and participation in supplier audits
- Further development, standardization and automation of procurement processes in close cooperation with the Material Management Department
- Pipeline management (planning of future awards, bid evaluation, coordination with demand agencies)
- Stakeholder management to optimize interfaces with internal and external partners
- Supporting the team in the preparation and conduct of negotiations
- Regular exchange with key and preferred suppliers
Your profile
- Basic technical training (approximately 4 years), technician HF or engineer FH
- Commercial / Business Administration Training or Federal Dipl. Buyers
- More than 8 years of professional experience in purchasing
- At least 3 years of management experience in operational and tactical purchasing functions
- Understanding standards and requirements in the power plant environment
- Detailed knowledge of P2P processing in SAP S4/HANA including process automation
- Very good MS-Office knowledge
- Strong social skills, ability to assert and conflict
- High service orientation, cooperation and team skills
- Analytical and strategic thinking
- Above-average negotiating skills and communication skills
- German and English: negotiable in word and writing
