Exciting tasks await

• Negotiation preparation (creation of protocols, comparisons, calculation tables, etc.)
• Minutes and participation in court hearings, hearings, inspections, etc.
• Independent editing of judgments (dispositive, with reasoning) in all proceedings of criminal, civil, child and adult protection law
• Clarification of legal issues
• Granting of legal information in the tenancy law
• Independent case handling in legal opening proceedings

What you bring

• Completed master’s degree in law at a Swiss university or shortly before graduation
• Interest and ability to deal with complex legal issues in a solution-oriented manner
• Precise, forward-looking, reliable and independent working methods
• Rapid comprehension and good editorial skills with very good knowledge of German
• Legal, administrative or legal practice beneficial
