Role overview
Represent the HR divisional management professionally and operationally towards internal and external stakeholders The line managers in all HR processes from recruitment to departure advise, supervise and support as sparring partners in personnel law and management-relevant issues
Actively accompany change projects and support leaders in questions of cultural change, personnel impacts and organisational development measures
Prepare personnel data and HR key figures for HR controlling as well as answer professional inquiries from employees

Company and context
- Well-founded education and training in the field of human resources, business administration, occupational and organizational psychology, employment law or comparable training with several years of experience
- Strong conceptual skills with a strong service idea, coupled with implementation strength and networked and analytical thinking
- Open, loyal personality with a strength in the pragmatic implementation of topics and enjoyment of visionary and strategic thinking Good SAP HR knowledge
- oral and written knowledge of a second official language
