- Sie treten als Partner/in und Ansprechperson für alle HR-Fragen der Ihnen zugeteilten Personen auf.
- Sie begleiten und beraten die Vorgesetzten und die Mitarbeitenden bei den wichtigsten HR-Prozessen im Lebenszyklus der Mitarbeitenden.
- Sie übernehmen eine wichtige Rolle im Umgang mit Konflikten und der Begleitung von Veränderungen, bei der Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden und der Nachwuchsplanung.
- Sie führen Standortbestimmungen der Teams durch und schlagen mit Unterstützung der Leiterin bzw. des Leiters HR Business Partner Verbesserungsmassnahmen vor.
- Sie gewährleisten die Aus- und Weiterbildung der Kadermitarbeitenden und entwickeln sie weiter.
- Sie bearbeiten arbeitsrechtliche Fälle.
- Sie begleiten die Verantwortlichen bei den Verfahren für die Absenzenverwaltung, die Einstellung und Entlassung sowie in der Handhabung komplexer Fälle.
