- Personal and professional management of Team A within Alva
- ensuring compliance with legal requirements, especially AVIG
Main responsibilities
- Personal and professional management of Team A within Alva
- ensuring compliance with legal requirements, especially AVIG
- consulting of insured persons, employers, RAV, unemployment funds and other stakeholders
- active participation in the management team of Alva on strategic and operational decisions
- active participation in specialist committees and in training
- management of projects and/or cooperation in projects within Alva and across areas
- implementation of the guiding principles of the AFA mission statement requirements
- completed 3-years Basic commercial training and further training in the field of social security (Eidg.
- Social Security Card or CAS Social Insurance)
- several years of professional experience in public law enforcement, preferably in the field of unemployment insurance or other social security benefits first management experience of advantage
