  • At the Yverdon-les-Bains plant, a team of around 250 people carries out the mid-life renovations and overhauls of the vehicles in the “Passenger Transport Production” division – from dismantling and rebuilding to commissioning.
  • The “Vehicles Yverdon” area combines production and industrialization projects.
  • As a unit manager, you lead operational teams and can specifically improve quality, adherence to deadlines and cost optimization - and at the same time contribute to the future development of the plants.
  • This unit is managed by two production managers who are jointly responsible for the area.

  • You lead six team leaders and two project managers for “Revision Industrialization” and have overall responsibility for around 120 employees.

  • For this role, business fluency in French (at least level C1) and good knowledge of German (at least level B1) are required so that you can exchange ideas with your colleagues from the Olten and Yverdon-les-Bains plants.
