- Vous maîtrisez le français (niveau C1 minimum) et avez une bonne connaissance de l'allemand (niveau B1 minimum), ceci afin de pouvoir échanger avec vos collègues des ateliers d'Olten.

- At the Yverdon workshops, a team of around 250 people carries out the mid-life renovation and overhauls of vehicles in the “Passenger Production” division, from dismantling to reassembly and commissioning.
- The “Yverdon Vehicles” service brings together production and industrialization projects.
- As a unit manager, you will manage operational teams and be able to concretely improve quality, respect deadlines and optimize costs - while contributing to the future development of the workshops.
- The management of this unit is entrusted to two production managers who are jointly responsible for the area.

- You manage 6 team leaders, as well as 2 “industrialization revisions” project managers, and assume general responsibility for a workforce of around 120 employees.
