Your mission Attached to the Management, you ensure the management, organization and development of the following sectors:
- Operating room
- Sterilization
- Day accommodation and hospitalization unit You guarantee the quality and safety of care, coordinate the healthcare teams and actively participate in the strategic development of the establishment.
Your profile
- IDDO or IBODE diploma
- Sterilization training (level 1 minimum)
- Proven experience in operating theater management
- Experience in team management
- Mastery of computer tools, notably Word and Excel
- Knowledge of OPALE software
- English level B1, an asset
- Ability to manage a team and sense of organization
- Ability to unite and motivate teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Sense of responsibility, rigor and autonomy
- Ability to manage complex situations and emergencies
- Spirit of initiative and quality orientation We offer
