Main responsibilities

- You are responsible for the training and accompaniment of 4-5 learning FaGE-und AGS.
- You plan, organize and guide our learners through their training.
- You work in close cooperation with the education manager, schools and other internal bodies You promote a positive learning culture and further development of the quality of training At a 100% Pensum you have at least 60% office days for your valuable training and leadership work That's what you bring A completed training as FaGe and a few years of professional experience in Geriatrics You already have experience in the role of a career educator You enjoy the training and development of learners You are empathic, patient and show an appreciation attitude You work independently, structured and responsible You are team-ready and communication-strong
