Main responsibilities
- You advise and serve our customers with joy and expertise
- An attractive product presentation, efficient goods management and availability are your focus
- You make sure that the defined processes are adhered to in your department
- With creativity and skill you shape floral arrangements and take care of flowers and plants
- You process returns and complaints independently and customer-oriented
- In this function, the focus is on the team's professional leadership
- You support active and engaged in other departments
Key requirements
- Ideally a few years of professional experience: in the retail trade department flowers / plants or as a florist*in
- Completed basic or advanced training: in retail trade
- As a customer-oriented personality with pleasure in selling, you make shopping a positive experience PC skills and a high digital fitness You have leadership experience
