Your Role

As Production Maintenance Manager, you will assume overall responsibility for the GMP-compliant, safe, reliable and cost-effective availability of the technical facilities, systems and infrastructures at the Zofingen site. You will develop and implement a sustainable maintenance strategy and lead the Maintenance organization in terms of technical direction and personnel management. This includes employee development, resource and capacity planning, competence management and succession planning. Together with your team, you will ensure a high-performing organization and promote a culture of safety, quality, compliance and continuous improvement.

Your Profile

• Development and implementation of the Maintenance and Asset Management strategy
• Ensuring plant availability through risk-based maintenance concepts
• Introduction and further development of Reliability and Asset Care programs
• Responsibility for budget planning and cost control in Maintenance as well as for technical services
• Ensuring compliance with GMP, SHE and regulatory requirements
• Ensuring a qualified and validated condition of the equipment
• Functional and personnel leadership of the Maintenance organization
• Employee development and ensuring sustainable succession planning
• Further development of processes and organization in line with Operational Excellence

Technical expertise

• University degree (FH, ETH or university) in mechanical engineering, process engineering, electrical engineering, automation engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable field; alternatively, technical basic training with corresponding further education at HF or FH level
• Several years of professional experience in maintenance or engineering in a GMP-regulated environment
• At least 3 years of leadership experience
• In-depth knowledge of GMP, plant management, Reliability Engineering and Asset Management
• Experience in budget planning, cost management and strategic resource management
• Fluent German and English skills
