• Overall responsibility for the successful implementation of software projects – from planning to design, implementation, testing and integration to successful go-live.
• Managing budget, deadlines, quality, resources and risks as well as ensuring professional project governance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary teams as well as management of internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Establishment and maintenance of long-term customer relationships as a central contact person as well as advice on technical, organisational and technical issues.
• Continuous development of project management methods, quality standards and best practices as well as support for presales activities and less experienced project leaders.
• Service delivery management
• You coordinate capacities in your support group and manage small projects and change management.

Applicant profile This is what you bring with you

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable discipline.
• Several years of experience in the management of complex software projects with proven success in timely and economic project execution.
• In-depth knowledge of classical and agile project management methods as well as experience in budget, risk and stakeholder management.
• Strong leadership, communication and consulting skills combined with a structured, solution-oriented and independent working method.
• Very good knowledge of German and English in words and writing
• Knowledge of French as well as a willingness to travel within Europe (about 5-10%)
